My love of designer handbags began when I was a child. When a woman has a perfectly matching handbag to her outfit, she looks absolutely beautiful. Throughout my youth, I made many collages from the pictures of handbags that I found in magazines. Some would call be addicted, but I have gone without or eaten meagerly to have enough money to buy my next handbag..
Every week, I take a couple of hours to pour over magazines to make sure that I know what the latest and greatest handbags available. Is it me or are they getting more expensive? I thought that I had a good idea on how much these purses cost, but I must have been wrong. So I have decided to share some of my favorites right here for you to help you make a good buying decision.
If I had to pick just one handbag that I would say is the best one, I would have to say that Fendi would be my favorite design house. It seems that even though they are continuously innovating, they can still manage to keep a classic look to their products. Fendi designs some of the most desired handbags in the fashion industry, and the “B.Bag” is the most in-demand handbag in the world. Though some may find the price a little out of their reach, you would definitely be the talk of the party with a handbag from Fendi.
One of my other favorite designers would be Hermes, especially the Birkin bag Named after the famed British actress Jane Birkin, they give you the glamour of an actress and catch eyes. You need to watch out for replicas of these bags as they are some of the most copied bags out there. You can only get these bags through special order, and the price depends on the material costs. It is one of those things that a woman needs in her collection.
The last one of my top three would be the Muse handbag from Yves Saint Laurent. Though some would say that it is very traditional, it still appeals to me. After seeing one in the store for the first time, I added it to the list of handbags that I will be buying someday.
This list should just be a starting point for you, but bear in mind that there are other wonderful handbags on the market. There are about as many handbags as there are possible outfits - it is like a girl’s dream come true.
