Fit Flops

Oh My Goodness – I’ve just seen the best thing! Shoes that you can wear that are both comfortable and help to tone and trim your legs - Fit Flops. According to the hype, sores and aches (especially back) can be relieved by using FitFlops~So the Media say, Fit Flops are great for back ache and pains too~Back issues, and painful joints can be relieved, so we are led to believe by the hype~According to the hype, sores and aches (especially back) can be relieved by using FitFlops~Fitflops appaerntly can help with a sore back and aching joints}.

Be aware when you first buy a pair of fitflops as you should limit your usage to 3 hours a day. They are marketed as the flip flop with the gym built in.

FitFlops are currently selling like hot cakes due to the sudden change in season (I can see some sunshine through my office window) and I’m still deliberating whether to buy a pair.

My back does ache since I have a toddler who requires me picking him up and carrying him around even though he has two perfectly good legs he could use. I could also do with shedding a pound or two which I haven’t got round to losing since my pregnancy. I am not quite ready to spend out on fitflops.

I managed to avoid Uggs long enough to realise the disgusting state that they got into after wearing them for a while. In fact, perhaps after a long winter of Ugg wearing and treading down the back of your boots, FitFlops are what you need to sort out your posture again!

Methinks that I might buy my mother a pair for her Mothers day gift and see how they work out for her.

They come in a massive range of colours, yellow, white, red, black, blue and pink at least. Hi-Tec are a brand that are interested in working with fitflop to develop a new shoe.

Men, be warned, they are currently coming for your bum fat too. If my dad is really lucky, he’ll get a pair too for fathers day.
