How the Program Works
AI Readiness Assessment
$2,500 | One Week
We start with a deep dive into your business. Over four working sessions, we analyze your operations, identify AI and automation opportunities, and build a prioritized roadmap. You receive a comprehensive report with specific recommendations and ROI estimates for each opportunity.
This phase is required. We use it to determine if your business is a strong fit for the full Transformation program.
Implementation
$5,000 – $25,000 | 3 months
Based on your Assessment, we design and build the AI systems and automations identified in your roadmap. This may include AI agents, workflow automations, website upgrades, CRM integrations, and custom solutions specific to your business.
Scope and investment depend on the complexity and number of systems we build together.
Ongoing Management
$500 – $2,000/month
AI systems need attention. We monitor performance, optimize workflows, handle updates, and expand your systems as your business evolves. You get a dedicated partner managing your AI infrastructure over time.

By the end of the week, you receive a comprehensive report including:
