Start where you are.

The Command Center is our flagship. For teams starting smaller, we offer these.

What does Wildman actually do?

Four things, and they are genuinely separate purchases rather than one bundle with different names. We build websites, we implement AI inside a business, we provide our own five-product software platform, and we run marketing as a done-for-you service.

Most agencies present a single ladder and push you up it. We would rather point you at the rung you actually need, because the wrong one is expensive in a way that is hard to undo. A business with no website does not need a monthly SEO retainer. A business drowning in missed calls does not need a redesign.

Which of the four you need is rarely a budget question. It is a question of which part of winning a customer is currently failing.

Which service should I start with?

Start with whichever problem is currently costing you money. That sounds glib, so here is the actual decision:

If people find you and then do not get in touch, the problem is the site — that is Website Design. If inquiries arrive and go cold because nobody answered fast enough, the problem is response, which the Business Platform handles. If nobody is finding you at all, the problem is visibility, and that is Agency Services. If your team is drowning in repetitive admin, the problem is process, which is AI Solutions.

Businesses very often diagnose this wrong. The common error is buying traffic before fixing the thing that converts it, which means paying to send more people to a page that was already failing.

What is the difference between the Business Platform and Agency Services?

Who does the work. The Business Platform is software you operate, with us setting it up and supporting you. Agency Services is people doing the work for you, on a retainer.

The same job — SEO, say — appears in both. In the platform it means software that syncs your listings and tracks your rankings while you decide what to act on. As a service it means our team doing the research, the fixes and the content and reporting on what moved.

The honest guide: if you have somebody in the business with a few hours a week and an appetite for the tools, the platform is dramatically better value. If nobody has those hours, software you never log into is worse than useless, because it costs money and produces the feeling that the problem is handled.

Do I need a new website before anything else?

Usually, but not always. A site does not need to be beautiful to work; it needs to load quickly, say clearly what you do, and make getting in touch obvious. If yours does those three things, keep it and spend the money elsewhere.

Where a rebuild genuinely pays is when the site is slow, unreadable on a phone, impossible for you to edit, or so unclear that visitors cannot tell what you sell. Those are conversion problems, and every dollar spent driving traffic to them is wasted twice.

We will tell you on the first call if your existing site is fine. It happens more often than you would expect, and it costs us a project each time.

Can I combine services, or is it one at a time?

Combine, and most clients do eventually — but rarely on day one. The usual sequence is fixing the thing that converts, then the thing that responds, then the thing that attracts, because each stage makes the next one worth more.

There is a version where all of it runs as one connected system rather than four purchases, which is the Command Center. It is the right answer for businesses that already know they want the whole thing and would rather not assemble it themselves over eighteen months.

Nothing here is locked together. You can buy one line, stay there indefinitely, and never hear about the others.

What does it cost to work with you?

It depends on the line, and we quote after a conversation instead of publishing a price list. Websites are a project cost. The Business Platform is a monthly subscription that varies by which products and tiers you need. Agency Services is a monthly retainer. AI Solutions is scoped per engagement, because no two businesses waste time in the same places.

What we will commit to before you spend anything: a straight answer about which line fits, and a written scope rather than a verbal estimate.

How do we start?

A thirty-minute call. We ask what is currently costing you money, look at what you already have, and tell you which of the four lines addresses it. If it is a fit, you get a written scope rather than a verbal estimate.

We work with businesses across the United States. If you are in northeast Kansas, our Lawrence pages cover how we work in that market specifically.

Book a call when you are ready.

How do the four service lines compare?

The table below is the short version of everything above: who each line is for, and what you are actually buying. If two rows look like they fit, the tie-breaker is almost always whether you want to operate the tools yourself or hand the work over.

Service lineStart here whenWhat you are buying

Working with us: common questions

Do I have to buy more than one service?

No. Each line is a separate purchase and works on its own. Plenty of clients buy a website and never take anything else, which is a perfectly good outcome.

The lines do reinforce each other — a fast site makes advertising cheaper, accurate listings make reviews worth more — but none of them requires another to function. If somebody tells you a service only works as part of a bundle, ask them why.

Do you work with businesses outside Kansas?

Yes. Website design, AI work and the Business Platform are all delivered remotely and our clients are spread across the United States. Agency Services works the same way, with monthly calls rather than site visits.

The only thing genuinely tied to geography is local search, and even there the work is the same wherever your customers are — it is your service area that matters, not ours.

What if I already have an agency or a developer?

That is common and usually fine. We often pick up one line — the platform, or a specific AI build — alongside somebody already handling another. We will not ask you to fire anyone to work with us.

What we will not do is take on work that duplicates something you are already paying for.

How long does each type of engagement take to show results?

It varies by line and it is worth knowing before you buy. A website is a project measured in weeks, and the conversion difference is visible almost immediately. Platform products start working within days of setup. AI engagements return hours within the first month.

Search is the slow one: early movement in four to eight weeks, meaningful movement on competitive terms in three to six months. Anyone promising faster than that is either targeting terms nobody searches or doing something you will pay for later.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes, and mostly us asking questions. We want to know where inquiries currently come from, where they currently die, and what you have already tried, because that last one saves you paying us to repeat a failed experiment.

You leave with a recommendation on which line fits and a rough sense of the cost.
