What do our agency services cover?
Three things, done by people rather than by software alone: search engine optimization, paid advertising, and social media management. You can take one or all three. Most clients start with one, see what it does, and add from there.
These are retainers, not projects. Search and social compound over months, and advertising needs someone watching it weekly. Anything sold to you as a one-off in these three areas is unlikely to hold its value.
What does SEO actually involve?
It is four jobs running in parallel. Technical work makes sure search engines can crawl your site, that it loads quickly, and that nothing is quietly blocking pages from being indexed. On-page work makes each page say the things your customers actually search for, with titles, headings and copy built from keyword research rather than guesswork.
Local work is where most local businesses see the fastest return: your Google Business Profile, review volume and velocity, and the consistency of your name, address and phone number across the directories that feed the map pack. Inconsistent listings quietly suppress local rankings, and it is the most common problem we find.
Content work is the long game. Ranking for the terms that actually bring buyers usually means having a page that answers the question properly, and then earning links and citations to it.
Our full SEO service page goes through each of those four areas in detail. Expect a few weeks before anything moves, and three to six months before competitive terms shift. We report positions on a fixed keyword set so you can see the trend rather than take our word for it.
What does managed advertising involve?
We build and run campaigns on Google and Meta, and we manage them for return, not clicks. That means conversion tracking is set up before a single dollar of spend goes out, so we can tell which campaign produced an inquiry rather than which produced traffic.
The work is ongoing: search-term reports pruned weekly, budget moved toward what converts, ad copy and creative rotated, landing pages tested. Advertising left unattended gets more expensive every month, which is the single most common reason small businesses conclude that ads do not work for them.
Our full advertising service page covers the mechanics in detail. Advertising is the right first move when you need inquiries sooner than SEO can deliver, or when you are testing a new service and want a read on demand before committing to it.
What does social media management involve?
Planning, design, scheduling, posting and replying. We build a content calendar around what your business is actually doing, produce the posts, publish them on the platforms that matter for your market, and respond to comments and messages so the accounts do not look abandoned.
Our full social media page covers platforms and cadence in detail. Social rarely drives direct inquiries for a small local business, and we will not pretend otherwise. What it does is settle the question a prospect asks after they find you somewhere else: is this business active, credible, and still trading? An account last posted to fourteen months ago answers that badly.
Do I need a service, or would software be enough?
Software handles the repeatable parts: scheduling posts, requesting reviews, chasing a lead who went quiet. It does not decide what your positioning should be, judge whether a campaign is worth continuing, or write the page that finally ranks.
If your need is mostly mechanical, tooling is cheaper and you should use it. If the work needs judgment, or you simply do not have the hours, that is what a retainer buys. We will tell you which of the two you are looking at on the first call.
How do you report on what you are doing?
Monthly, in plain language, against numbers agreed at the start. For search that means positions on a fixed keyword list, organic traffic, and inquiries attributed to search. For advertising it means spend, cost per inquiry, and what each campaign returned. For social it means reach and engagement in context.
We do not report on impressions alone. Impressions are the easiest number in marketing to grow and the least connected to whether your business made money.
Why do you limit how many clients you take?
Because these services are delivered by named people rather than a queue. Each additional retainer is real hours from the same team, and the honest constraint is that quality falls before capacity does. We would rather turn work away than take on more than we can do properly.
It also means we are selective about fit. You will know where you stand on the first call rather than six months in.
How do we start?
A thirty-minute call. We look at where you currently stand in search, what you are spending and on what, and what your inquiries actually cost you today. You leave that call with a clear read on your position whether or not you work with us.
If it is a fit, we scope the retainer to the work that will move your numbers first. That is usually a smaller starting point than people expect.
Where we work
We work with businesses across the United States. If you are in northeast Kansas, our Lawrence marketing agency page covers how we work in that market.
| Service | What we handle | What you see each month | Best fit if |

SEO, advertising and social: common questions
Do I need social media for my business?
For most businesses, yes we do recommend it. Social media builds awareness, keeps you visible to past customers, and establishes credibility with new ones. The key is consistency. Posting sporadically does little. Our AI-Powered Social Media service handles content creation and posting so your profiles stay active without consuming your time.
How long does SEO take to show results?
SEO is a long-term strategy. Most businesses start seeing measurable improvements in 3-6 months. Competitive industries may take longer. We focus on sustainable results through quality content, technical optimization, and local search strategies. Quick fixes and shortcuts often backfire, so we avoid them.
How much should a small business spend on advertising?
It depends on your industry, goals, and customer value. Most small businesses we work with spend $500-2,000 per month on ad spend. Some spend $5000 per month or more. The more important question is return on investment. We track performance closely and optimize campaigns to ensure your ad spend generates measurable results.
What is the difference between SEO and paid advertising?
SEO improves your rankings in organic search results over time. It takes longer to see results but delivers sustained traffic without ongoing ad spend. Paid advertising puts you in front of customers immediately but requires continuous investment. Most businesses benefit from both. We help you decide where to focus based on your goals and budget.
What makes your marketing services different from other agencies?
Two things. First, our technology is more advanced. We use AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes across SEO, advertising, and social media. Second, we’re a small team that provides personal attention. You won’t be handed off to a junior account manager. Our experts do the work and answer when you call.
