About Prairie Code AI
Prairie Code AI is a custom software workshop in Lawrence, Kansas, serving founders, growing businesses, and university labs across the state. The workshop builds whole products from zero: web, mobile, and desktop applications, AI and automation where they earn their keep, and integrations with the systems a client already runs.
Prairie Code is our sister company. Founder and principal craftsman Miles Bassett, who also owns Wildman Web Solutions, built systems for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and international financial institutions before coming home to Kansas to build for people he could look in the eye.
The workshop takes on a limited number of projects each year. Every engagement starts with a written scope, a fixed number, and a definition of done, and ends with the code, accounts, data, and documentation handed to the client.
